Motion By Karrow, seconded by Dahl authorizing the City Manage to order ~r. CarrDll to complete Sewer system providing that proper notice has been given Henry Nodlund. All a~es. Ordinance prohibiting sale ~f food from house to house, read and laid aside. Ordinance relating to and regulating the sale of ice in the City of Columbia Heights, passed its first reading. Ordinance on Fire Truck -- The Department agreed to pay $800. toward the purchase of such equipemtn out of their~fundand would purchase $1000. worth of such certificates as the. City may issue at ~$ interest per annum,, provided the City Council~sanc~ion such .invemtment as is re- quired by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
