Motion by Dahl, seconded by Gannon, that the profile for Wasblngton Street, from 43rd to 44th Ave. N. E. on drawing #552, .be accepted by the City Council and recorded as an established grade Ail ayes, Reading of application of C. J. Moltn for ~aster Plumber's License. Mr. Christianson recommended that it be held over until next meeting. Motion by Stinson, seconded by Ds~hl, that the app].ication for Naster Pl~o~nbe~'s License be granted to C. ~. Moliu. passed by unanimous ~oll call vote. Motion by Dab_l, seconded by Otinson, that the City ~ Manage~r take up the matter of awarding $88, damages to Uileski, with the Uity Attorney for his epinion. All ayes. The Firemen stated that the Liability Insurance on the Fire Trucks, was was taken off and in case of an accident, the responsibility would rest on the driver of the t~uck. He recommended that same be .renewe~. Motion by Stinson, seconded by ~l that the matter be refer~ed to the City Attorney. Notion by Dahl, seconded by Gannon, that the City Manages authosize ~. D. Hackett to place sock on 42nd Ave. Passed by unanimous soil call vote. Motion by Dab1, seconded by Gannon to adJotu-n. Unanimous.
