O0 / //g, Resolution offered by Karrow, seconded by Gannon: "BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0F COLUMBIA HEIGHTS, that, there be transferred from the Public Utility Fund $1200. to be credited to the General Fund, as follows: $800. from the Plumbing Material Fund. 400. From the Water Supply Fund. Passed by unanimous roll call vote. Motion by Dahl, sedonded by Stinson, that the bills be allowed. unanimous roll call vote. Passed by Mr. McKenna stated ttmt check #941 in the amount of ~35.50 issued to Col. Motor Co. had been lost, and reccommended that a new one be issmed. Notion by Dahl, seconded by Stinson, that the check as designated be can- celled and a new one issued. All ayes. Preamble to Ordinance authorizing the sale by the City Treasurer of $5000. Emergency Debt Certificates, offered by Gannon. Passed by unanimous roll call vote. Same was read. The Ordinance was moved for adoption by Karrow, and seconded by Dahl. Passed by unanimous roll call vote. "-Resolution offered by Dahl, seconded by Stinson, fixing time of hearing with respect to benefits and to the proportion of cost to be assessed against the 234 property for the construction of Sewer, Curb and Gu~ter on Tyler Street from 37th to 39th Ave. N. E. ~ereas, through inadvertance, such hearing was not had on the ~Zrd day of December, 19~9, Now, THEEEFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Columbia Heights, Anoka County, ~innesota, that this Council will meet on the llth d~y of February 1930, at 8:00 O'Clock P.N. at the ~igh School Building in said City. Motion by Dahl, seconded by Karrow, that the bids submitted by the various Fire Equipment Companies be rejected and the checks of the NN~N~~wl bidders be returned to them. Passed by unanimous roll call vote. Notion by Karrow, seconded by Gannon, that the Fire Department be re- funded the amozmt of money expended for Suction Hose and Spot Light. All ayes. Motion by Stinson, seconded by Gannon, that the City Nanager be author- ized and instructed to confe~ with Mimneapolis Officials with regard to rates charged by the hour, month, etc., for Fire Protection.
