Roll ca!l: All eyes RESOLUTION 81-72 CANVASSING HUHICIPAL SPECIAL ELECTION RETURNS WHEREAS, the City o~ Columbia Heights did, on the 15th day of December, lgB), conduct and hold a Specia~ ManicIpal Election for the purpose of submitting to a vote of the electors the following question: On September 28, 198~, the Cit7 passed an ordinance (No. 975) rezon[ng the property et ~hO Peter~ Place, Columbia ~eights, from "CBD:', ~USINESS ~tSTRICT to ~'R-~'~ MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICTo This property is legally described as the East )65 feet o~ t:Jle South 180 feet of the North ))0 feet of Block ~) Walton's Rearrangement of Lots ~3 and ~h, Block 6, Reservoir Hills, Anoka County, ;~innesota.
