Several projects for which there has been some concern would and could be in-
cluded in 1981's C.I.P. Example's are:
1. Alley between Polk and Tyler, 39th Ave. to Ostrander Park, included with
39th Ave. project.
2. Blinkmanls property on Stinson, included with the Stinson project from 45th
Avenue to Silver Lake Beach.
The above items deal with design and engineering. The purpose of seeking
Council approval is to better allocate our Engineering Department time and
work load. By approving the above, the projects will be established, thus
authorizing staff to begin the necessary engineering designs and preliminary
survey data.
