OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS
November 9, 19 73
The meeting was called to order at 5:35 P.M. with the following
members present: Nawrocki, Heintz, Norberg, Land. Connor - Absent.
?4ayor Nawrocki stated that the purpose of this s~ecial meeting is to
canvass the results of the municipal election held on Noven~ber 6.
Motion by Norberg, seconded by Heintz to appoint Temele Nygaard as
Secretary Pre-Tern for this meeting. Roll Call - Ail Ayes.
.RESOLUTION #73-72 To Canvass the Ballots for November 6, ~unicieal
Election.
Resolution Offered by Heintz, seconded by Land,
WHEREAS, the City of Columbia Heights did, on the 6th day o~ November
1973, conduct and hold a General Municipal Election; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights at a
Special Heetinq of said City Council, held on the 9th day of November
1973, did canvass the returns and results of said General Municipal
Election, to wit:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Columbia Heights, that Bruce G. Nawrocki Js hereby elected
qayor, and E. (Sebe) ~eintz and Walter S. Logacz are hereby elected
Councilmen, assuming said office on January 1, 1974 and being official-
ly seated at the first regular meeiing of the City Council in 1974.
