~!rs. ROn~s a ~£ed as spokeswoman for a group of residents near McKen~a
Park who have been very active. They realize that the P~rk ~ard budget has l~ited
~nds to spe~d am~ually to ~mprove each of the several parks~ but these residents
are concerned ~th the large sandy u~sodded area i~ McKen~a Park. They p~pose to
solicit fu~lds i~ the neighborhood~ hooiog to get a~ average of $2 fro~ each of
