The City F~nager reported trading in the ~1 year old IBS'I typewriter for a new IBM Selectric and selling the old one to Mrs. Pritchard for the trade-in value of $60.00. Council discussed what might constitute a-~ardship justi~cation for boulevard parking consideration. ~. Brown reported on a scheduled discussion o~ sanitary sewer c~sts. He also reported on repairs:o~two~snow removal equipment. Councilman Land requested information on our p~lans for utilizin~ the large clay pile at 39th and Cleveland. The material is to be used to build up the park area to the east and the shore of Hart Lake. 10.
