of Columbia Heights, HEREBY RESOLVES, that the Columbia Height's State Bank, t
the Fidelity State Bank, and the. Third~ Northwestern National Bank, be
hereby designated as the d~posito~ies for moneys of the City of Columbia
Heights, for a period of one year, beginning the first day of January,
1969, and'the Treasurer of this City i~ hereby directed to'deposit money~
o~~ this ~ity ~n said Ba~ks, a~d the Columbia ~Hei~hts state'Bank and the ' ~
Fidelity State Bank, and the Third Northwestern National Bank are hereby
authorized and directed to honor and pay any checks or orders, when signed

in said banks in whatever form.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in case such deposits shall at any time exceed
Ten Thousand (810,000.00) Dollars, said depository shall immediately furnish
Bonder securities in lieu of bond according to the Law, and the Marquette
National Bank for the Columbia Heights State Bank, and the Federal Reserve
Bank for Fidelity State Bank and the Third Northwestern National Bank, are
hereby designated as the places for the safe-keeping of all Securities
furnished in lieu of such bond. Roll Call - All Ayes.
Resolution offered by King seconded by Land, BE IT HEREBY R~SOLVED that the
Board of Anoka County Commissioners be requested to classify Fairway Drive
from Chatham Road to Stinson Blvd. N.E. and Stinson Boulevard from Fairway
Drive to 45th Avenue N.E., as County roads.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said streets be scheduled for construction to
appropriate Btate Aid standards as soon as reasonably possible.
This establishment of designation will create a complete connection between
existing County State Aid Roads NO. 2 and NO. 4.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that any County Road classification presently in
existence on either Heights Drive or Chatham Road, between Fairway Drive
and 45th Ave. N.E., be revoked and said routes reclassified as city streets.

ized to enter into a three month contract with Hilltop Village for Fire
