Motion by Jeska seconded by Land, that the City Manager be authorized to
hire rental equipment in accordance with the low bids as tabulated, when
needed. . Roll Call - Ail Ayes.
Ordinance No.672 which would rezone the Northerly part of Outlot 1, Block
8, Mathaire, to R-l, was discussed but not resolved at this time.
Motion by Jeska seconded by Logacz, that the second reading of Ordinance
No.672, be tabled until June 24th meeting. Roll Call - All Ayes.
Motion by Land seconded by Jeska, that the City Manager be authorized
to advertise for bids on Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, Furnace Oil and Towing
contract, to be opened at the June 24th meeting. Roll Call - All Ayes.
A Petition was received from residents on 51st Avenue, adjacent to Sullivan
Lake, requesting John H. Glover, owner of Sullivan Lake, to clean this
property of all debris and also post signs on the Lake shores stating:
No Trespassing, Swimming or dumping, and also to post signs on the east
side of this lake in order to preserve wildlife.
