OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS
Special Meeting
Meeting called to order at 7:20 p.m.
and Nawrocki - present.
A letter~'~as'received from Joseph studenberg submitting his resignation
from the C.H. Library Board, as he has been transferred out of town.
Motion by King seconded by Logacz, that this resignation from Mr. studen-
berg from the Library Board be regretfully accepted. Roll' Call-All Ayes.

. Motion by~ng seconded by Land, that Claude H. Johnston be appointed
to fill the unexpired term of Joseph Studenberg on the Library Board.
Roll Call - All Ayes.
Bids on Asphaltic Materials be. awarded as follows:
Motion by Land seconded by King, that the bids be awarded to the low
bidders in each category as recommended by the Engineering Department
and as per attached tabulation. Roll Call - All Ayes.
The City Manager reported a 1951 International L200 Tractor Trailer had
been located at the surplus warehouse, which could be used to pull our
Low-boy Trailer, and asked authorization to~urchase same .
Motion by King seconded by Land, that the City Manager be authorized to
spend up to $595.00 for this L200 International Tractor Trailer. Roll
Call - All Ayes.
Mr. Jeska arrived at the meeting at 7:40 p.m.
Motion by King seconded by Logacz, that the City Manager be authorized to
purchase Outiot 3, Block 9, Mathaire, and the West 1/2 of Lot 37, Block
4, Reservoir Hills, from the County foru$35.00, as these are tax forfeited
lands, to be used for Municipal purposes. Roll Call - All Ayes.
