Oscar Beckman fro~l 637 40th Avenue N.H. were present~ as some arrangements must ba made by them to connect to a Sanitary Sewer, as .their cesspool cannot be used any longer. There are two possibilities of connect- lng to the sanitary se%get, one of 'which is to ar. range to get permission to connect to the line that serves 631 37th ,Avenue and the other is to get permission from Minneapolis to connect to their line in 37th Avenue. Applications have been received from two cab companies for license to operate in Columbia Heights, namely Urban ~adio cab Co. and Park 2[r. £utler who operated ]Keights Cab Co. was present and reported as to his operation of Taxicab service in ColumbiR Heights and that he is no longer able to continue in business. ~:~.
