A petition was received from residents adjauent to this property approving this Special Use Permit for a Beauty Shop. Recess called at 10:20 p.m. Meeting called to order at 10:35 p.m. The appointments to Boards and Commissions will be taken up in two weeks. A report on Capitol Portraits .of America was made as to our investigation and the Solicitor's license requested by Mr. McKinnon who represents this comp any. Motion by King, that the request for a solicitors license be denied. This motion lost for the lack of a second. Request for waiver of Auctioneer's license fee for Vern Passage to conduct an auction for Crestview Home on a rummage sale to be conducted later this spring. Motion by Land seconded by King, that this waiver be granted for an auction to be held at Crestview Home. Roll Call - All Ayes. Motion by Orendorff seconded by Jeska, that the petition received for a semaphore at 40th and Jackson St.N.E. be referred to the Traffic Commission for study and their recommendations.
