The purpose of -this meeting is 'to open bids on Library Addition. Bids on Addition and Remodeling of Library Building received from the following: Aichinger & Green M.J.McGough Co. Motion by Land seconded by King, that the City Manager be authorized to spend up to $916.00 for 430 feet of 6 inch cast iron pipe wa~ermain, to he'instal!ed on Stinson Blvd., south from 45th Avenue, as approved last ~ummer.
