Regarding 'the proposed ordinance .g~verning CltfD Licenses, -the City- Attorney reported he would have this ordinance written up very ~shortly and send each council' member a copy, together %~ith a letter. AS, -the County of Anoka has purchased parts of Section 25, Township 30, .Range 24, designated as parcel nun]hers 7S10 and 7S50 respec~zvely, a'ad Lots 19,20 and 21, Block 7, i{itltop Second Unit, and. ~ffLTE~-LEAS, said property has been designated as part of the County Park System, and ~E-IEP~EAS, the said ]property has been assessed for special .improvements, and W~qEREA. S, the said special assessments are in the an]ount of $9,7S4.12 together ~ith interest of $1,137.48 and penalty of 8402.21..
