need. Our best ~ishes and prayers for gu. idac,ce are wiah President
gohnsun as he undertakes his job of President.

Monday, November 25th, a day c.f k~ourning. That the City affices be

this meeting in regard to thls insta!latil, n of sanitary sewer 9~i Tyler
Place, as an alternative ssl,,~cm"-'-'~), has b6en found, iloll Call - All Ayes.
The proposed ordinance for .licensing Contractors was discussed, and
the council asked that this be turned over 'to the Planning &~ Zoning. n-"
Commission for 'their approval. ~ .....
Regarding 'the proposed ordinance .g~verning CltfD Licenses, -the City-
Attorney reported he would have this ordinance written up very ~shortly
and send each council' member a copy, together %~ith a letter.
Resolution offered by King seconded by ~Orendorff,
?~IE.~E. AS, -the County of Anoka has purchased parts of Section 25, Township
30, .Range 24, designated as parcel nun]hers 7S10 and 7S50 respec~zvely,
a'ad Lots 19,20 and 21, Block 7, i{itltop Second Unit, and.
~ffLTE~-LEAS, said property has been designated as part of the County
Park System, and
~E-IEP~EAS, the said ]property has been assessed for special .improvements, and
W~qEREA. S, the said special assessments are in the an]ount of $9,7S4.12
together ~ith interest of $1,137.48 and penalty of 8402.21..
NOW, THEREFOB~, be it resolved by -the City Council of the City of
Columbia ~.ezghts -that the City Clerk be directed to accept as payment
in full as special assessments levied, against the aforesaid property
the sum of $8,7S4.12.
BE IT FURTHER ~,E~OLVED, -that -the interest and penalty due ther~eon
in the amount of $1,54.3.,G9 is hereby cancelled. Roll Call - All Ayes.

The Traffic CommissionTM recommendation to ~erect A~v;ay stop signs at

they hold ~a hearing on this matter.

to advertise a hearing to be held December 9th, for placing assessments
on Curb & Gutter and Blac]~top on Sullivan Drive., 7th to Washington, and
Washington Street 51s-~ to 53rd, and notices to be mailed to affec-ted
property owners. Roll Call - All Ayes.
