[~'iotion by I[ing seconded by Land, that the City ~,'ianager be authorized to proceed with the installation of sewer and water in the area south of 39th Avenue and East of Jefferson. Roll Call - Ail Ayes. Motion by Orendorff seconded by King, that Art ~olier Construction Co. be awarded the bid on installation of sewer and water in 'the a~ount of $7,~50.00, East of Jefferson and south of 39th Avenue, work to start in ten days after completion of contract, with completion to be in 25 days. Roll Call - All Ayes. Subdivision request from Donald Sexter appealed from Planning & .:Joning Commission action, to divide Lots ll,12,13, and 14,~1ock 1,Pteasantview into three 53.3 building sites.
