A request was received fro~ Mrs. Ed. Sullivan for permits to have a
Fireworks Display on the night of july 4, 1962 at the Hilltop Theatre,
to be put on by the Arrowhead F~re.,~orks Co. of Duluth.
Motion by King seconded by ~awrocki, ~at this request be granted upon
filing with the City of Columbia Heights a certificate of Insurance.

The City Attorney reported that Acres Inc. had fulfilled their agreement
regarding special assessments in innsbruck, and the $20,000 Bonds should
be released in full.
Motion by McCline seconded by ~awrocki, that the City L.ianager be author-
ized to release the $20,000.00 securities held for Acres Inc.

Regarding the assessment charge for sewer on .~'ashington between 4~th and
49th Avenues, the City Attorney asked that this be tabled until July 23rd.

to advertise for bids on this lot to be received at the july 23rd meeting.

The City attorney reported regarding the subdivision of Donald E. i~orel!,
1231 N.E. 37th Avenue, and the necessary action had been taken care of
to the satisfaction of Anoka County and the individual deeds for the
parcels as granted in the subdivision previously were acceptable.
Residents were present regarding alley at rear of property on Ivanhoe
Place,north of [.,iaiden Lane, and day,age to their property. This will
be checked into and reported on at the next regular meeting
Motion by McCline seconded by Xing, that the request of Lyndale Builder,s
to build a 17-unit apartment at 41st and 4. th ~-3treet, be granted as
approved by the Planning & ;oning Com~]ission. This is a permit granted
under the variance section of the zoning ordinance and is given consider-
ation due to difficulties in clearing titles, thereby bringing the permit
