A request has been made by Ken Nordling for correction of subdivision which

Motion by King seconded by McCline, that this correction of subdivision
be granted and that the outstanding special assessments of 81,757.43,
be placed against the two parcels facing Benjamin Street equally.

A request has been received from Paul Jankowski, to subdivide his land

property into two lots facing 38th Avenue, be denied, because the minim~

Motion by King seconded by McCline, that the City Manager be authorized
to send up to three men to the Governor's Advisory Council on Children
and Youth, to be held April 23rd and 24th, at the State Office Building,

A letter was received from Midway Word Co. on the condition of the
Plymouth Squad cars and this letter will be placed on file.
Motion by McCline seconded by King, that one man be authorized to attend
the Parking Meter School on April 30th and May 1 and 2, with necessary

Motion by McCline seconded by King, that George Kolesar be authorized
to attend the Spring Conference of the Minnesota Recreation Association
on April 26th and 27th at Rochester, Minnesota, with expenses ~aid.

Resolution offered by Orendorff seconded by McCline, BE IT HEREBY RE
SOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of Columbia Heights, that the
Special Use Permit granted to E~erette Collins to conduct a Trucking
operation and Truck Terminal on the following described lands and
premises, to-wit:
The South 1/2 of Lot 2, Rearrangement of Block "E'(lying Westerly of Univer-
Sity Avenue N.E.) Columbia Heights Annex to Minneapolis, and the Easterly
portion of Lots 13 and 14, being a tract 168.65 feet as measured on the
Northerly line of Lot 14, and 233.0 feet as measured on the Southerly
line of Lot 13, Rearrangmment pf Block "E', Columbia Heights Annex to
Minneapolis, be and the same is hereby extended for the period of one
year commencing March 9, 1962.
That all the conditions set forth in the original resolution under date
of March 9, 1959, shall remain in force and effect insofar as they are
applicable to the present situation,
