The City Attorney reported on the tabulation of the Park Bond Bids. Whereupon a ResolutiOn was read awarding the Kale of Park Bonds to Barcus, Kindred & Co., base,upon their bid. Offered by King seconded by Nawrocki, Roll Calll- All Ayes. A Resolution was then read fixing the form and details~on Park Bonds directing their exec~tion and delivery, and levying a tax fo~ their payment. Offered by Orendorff seconded by King. Roll Call All Ayes. (Note) The above two resolutions were rescinded by action of the City Council on March 13th, at a special meeting, and resolutions were passed at that time awardin~ sale of Bonds to Mannheimer-Egan, Inc., and 'fixing the Form and-details~of the Park Bonds, directing their execution and delivery and levying!a tax for their payment. Minutes of the March 13th meeting are hereby attached. The City Engineer was asked by the City Council to get a p~oposal of truck routes.
