Hearing held on amending seal coat list for 1961 as per attached list. Motion by Orendorff seconded by King, that these deletions and additions on seal coat list be accepted. Motion by King seconded by McCline, that the City Manager be authorized to proceed with concrete ~ paving in this alley^ Roll Call-Ail Ayes. for 1962 construction. A request was received for a Bingo Permit from Immaculate Church for 1962. Motion by King seconded by Nawrocki, that this request be granted. Roll Call - All Ayes. Motion by McCline seconded by Orendorff, that the City Manager be authorized to spend up to $700.00 for a used Highway Department Truck for the Sewer and Water Department. Roll Call - Ail Ayes. Motion by King seconded by Orendorff, that the City Manager be authorized to purchase a 195B Chevrolet Delivery ?~agon in an amount not to exceed $800.00, to be used by the Plumbing inspector. The members of the City Council stated they had all received numerous telephone calls and found no one in favor of such a license. Mr. Art Anderson representing the V.F.W. thought this license would work out if handled correct. Motion by McCline seconded by King, that the City Attorney be instructed to draw up an ordinance in regard to non-issuance of Bottle Club License in Columbia Heights. Roll Call,- All Ayes.
