HomeMy WebLinkAboutSept 26, 1960The City Attorney was satisfied that it was possible to handle Park expansion and Storm drains through assessments, and ~ uld verify his findings with the Attorney General. The City Attorney agreed that he will follow up on the City Manager's request for a water contract with the City of Minneapolis. The City Attorney was asked to ~a~ite a letter to Apache Plaza regarding drainage from their parking lot east of Btinson Blvd. Motion by King seconded by McClines that Stewart F. Kvalheim be paid the of $6,500.00 for costs incurred iu the $750,000.00 Bond Issue.
