Storm drains through assessments, and ~ uld verify his findings with the Attorney
General.
The City Attorney agreed that he will follow up on the City Manager's request
for a water contract with the City of Minneapolis.
The City Attorney was asked to ~a~ite a letter to Apache Plaza regarding
drainage from their parking lot east of Btinson Blvd.
Motion by King seconded by McClines that Stewart F. Kvalheim be paid the
of $6,500.00 for costs incurred iu the $750,000.00 Bond Issue.

Assistant, includirlg general liquor operations supervision.

City Council of the City of Columbia Heights that the City Treasurer be and
she is hereby instructed to transfer from the Liquor Fund $1,380.92 to the

such transfer.

The City M~uager reported an increase in the assessed valuation of C?lumbia
Heights from $5,100,000 to $6,400,000, a 26% increase.
Motion by King seconded by Orendorff to grant the Engineer's request to pay
the tuition for up to five men to attend extension classes, such courses to
be subject to the Engineer's approval. Roll call- all ~es.
Motion by King seconded by McCline to authorize the Enginee~ to proceed with
stud~ for the installation of sanitary sewer on Reservoir Blvd. North of ~th
Avenue, and the area ~est of Reservoir Blvd.

The City Attorney reported the receipt of $5,937 from Central Plaza in payment
