Motion by Chies seconded by King, 10:15 p.m. Roll Call - Ail Ayes. Secretary to City Council asked to check the status of the school prope and personnel to be that the meeting adjourn at OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS Special meeting September ll, 1958 Meeting c,11 ed to order at 7:30 p.m. Motion by Ju~kowski seconded by Chies that George Brown be appointed Secretary, pro tern. Roll Call - All Ayes. Roll Call - Kimg, Julkowski, Chies, Proft, Stopka - present. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the proposed plat of Sullivan Lake Area as su~zttted by Mr. Glover. The following members of the Park Board were present: John Murzyn, Frank Kostick, Mary. Super, John Behun and Joe Lu~ Resolution offered by King seconded by Proft, HE IT HEEEBY RESOLVED by the Cil Council of the City of Columbia Heights, that the proposed plat of the Sulliw Lake Area as submitted by Mr. Glover and accepted by the Planning & Zoning C~ ssion~ be accepted as a basic Plat for this area. Roll Ca11 - All Ayes. Resolution offered by Proft seconded by Chies, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the C~ Council of the City of Columbia Heights, that Temple Terrace Plat III be adopl Roll Call - ~3~1 Ayes. Resolution offered by Julkowski seconded by King, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by th~ Council of the City of Columbia Heights, that Temple Terrace Plat IV be adopt~ Roll Ca11 - .~]1 Ayes. Motion by Julkowski seconded by King, authorizing the City Manager and City Attsrney to obtain permission from the Conservation Deparl~aent to do the necessary filling around Sullivan Lake.
