further finds and detemmines that the proper proportion of the cost of such improve~
ment to be especially assessed against such lot or parcel of laud is the amount set
opposite the description of each such lot or parcel of land respectively in ~a~d
assessment rolls in said column headed "Amount of proposed Assessment."
Section III. That ~said assessment rolls be and the same are hereby adopted
as the assessment rolls the following local improvements hereinbefore described,
and that said assessment rolls shall be hereafter known and designated as "Assess-
ment rolls for Local Improvements No.288,289,290,291,292,298,300,301,302,310,311,
312,312~, 313,314,315,316,316A, 317,317A,~318,320,321,322,325, 325A, 328,329,329A.
Section iV. That said assessments shall be payable in annual installments
for a period of from one tofi~e~ars on or before the first day of J~ue in each
of the years from 1958 to 1973, with interest and penalties as provided by law.
Section V? That this Council does hereby determine and re-deter~zine to
proceed with said improvements, does ratify and confirm all other proceedings
heretofore had ~in that regard, and said im~rovenent shall hereafter be known
and numbered as "Local Improvements No.288,289,290,291,292,298,300,301,302,310,
31!~ 317,312A, 313,314,315,316,316A, 317,317A, 318,320,321,322, 32 ~, 325A, 328,329,329A.
Section VI. This resolution shall t~e effect immediately upon its

Notion by King seconded by Chies, that the City Manager be authorized to advertise

The City Engineer recommended after investigation, that the alley between Jackson
and VanBuren, from 42nd to 43rd Avenue, be paved.
