The letter dated May ?th sent all Council members from the Police Department
hd defe~Ted until this meeting, was brought up at this time. It was recommended
at the City Manager write '.a letter to the l~mlice Chief and Secretary of Police
Con~ission, also Mayor and reco~end that eTmminations be held and an eligible
register established. A full time clerk-stenographer was also discussed but

A letter was received from the County Auditor regarding the transfer of un-
organized territory to Colunbia HeSghts ca May-. 8th, by the Anoka County Board.
