A Public Heari~. g was held on the proposed n~w Bus Routes and increase in Fare,
Mr. Gerber from th~ Twin City Rapid Transit 'Co. was present and presented a Map
showing t~is proposed route md gave a detailed report; A large group of
interested parties were present and a lengthy discussion took place both for
and against this proposed bus ~6ute md increased fare .

A letter was received from the 'Lions Club a~king the Cit~ CouncLl to attend
a meeting at the Field Nods., ~eduesday night at 8 p.m. January 9th, to discuss
a swimming pool for Columbia Heights.
