Roll Call -All ayes. Attorney for /altsr Tunsky appeared before Council and requested that L~r. Tunsky be allov~ed to operate his place of business until his c~se is tried in District Court and final verdict of case is determined. ~e.ted that if Council grant Tunsky permission to operate Chief Cottrell pro+ o it would render the ordinance in question null and void as ~..ir. B~ IT HEREBY RESCLVED by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights that the City Treasurer be and she is hereby instructed to make the following transfers from the Liquor Fund to the designated funds: )140.00 to Fire Fund; ~960.00 to Street Fund; ~ , ~500.00 to Administration Fund; and that there are sufficient .~:oneys in said Liquor Fund to make such transfers.
