Hearing no objection to the above improvements, the following motion was

SOLVED. by the City Council of the City of Columbia Heights that the City
Treasurer he and she is hereby instructe~ to transfer the following:
~$1000.OO from the Liquor Fund to the Administration Fund; ~i~50.00 from the
Liquor Fund to the Park Fund; and that there ~re sufficient moneys in sazd
