The meeting was called to order at 8:10 ?.~.~. All nembers present, l~nutes
of the previous regular and special meetings read and apfroved with the
following correction noted in the July 9th ~,~.eeting: that motion relating to
~ranting extension of main to ?.'_pls. Gas Light Co. be changed to read exten-
sion of gas main instead oi' water main.
Delegation of Plymouth Addztion residents present requesting fzre protection
from the C~ty.
Motion by Jackson, seconded by Lathrop, that petition~and letter from Fire
Chie~ regarding ~'ire protection in ?lymouth .%~t~on be taoled until proper
bonds are pcstea and situation has been further ~nvest~gated and boundaries

requesting letter of endorsement from Council in regards to contin,,mtion of
Youth Center to present to Community Fund for further financial support.

write letter to J. Tzndall stating that the Czty Counczl cf Columbia Heights

Residents in horse barn area appeared at meeting requesting Council to
revoke license of oak ~rove qzcing Academy.
