That the City Council of the City of Colu~bia Heights determines to make the following local improve- ment: Extension of watermain on Stinson Blve. fro~ 40th Ave. to 41st Ave. 2. That the Czty "~ ~.,~na.ger be and he is hereby directed to ,orepare an esti- mate o~ the cost of said im?rovement and to draft a list of the several lots and ~rcels of land fronting ~pon and adjacent to such proposed im- provement which i~ benez'ztted thereby. 3.
