to transfer the following moneys from the funds named to the Fire Pund, to reimburse the
Fire Pund for equipment repairs: Street, $~10.00; Water, $48.00; Park, $25.25; Police,
$106.?§; and that there are sufficient moneys in said funds to m~ke such transfers. Roll
Call - All ayes.
Resolution offered by ~Tygaard, seconded by Spekulant._ BE IT HEREBY RESOLVEN by the City
Council of the City of Col~mbia Heights that the City Treasurer is authorized and hereby
instructed to transfer the sum of $1000.00 from the Liouor Fund to the Band l~und; and that
there are sufficient moneys in said Liouor l~md ~o make such transfer. Roll Call - All ayes.
Motion by Bentzen, seconded by Jackson, that City ~nager be instructed to check into
band fund and ~ay whatever said fund allows on the 'Uniforms by 0stwald' bill. Roll Call -
All ayes.
Motion by Bentzen , seconded by Spekulant, that the City Manager be instructed to oreoare
necessary ~apers to issue an emergency certificate to the Si~J*ingFund in the ~mount-of
$1000.00 to cover cost of two tile projects (43rd Ave. west of Central and 42nd Ave. between
University and Srd St.). Roll Call - All ayes.
Motion by Nygaard, seconded by Jackson, that the City Mar~ger be instructed to advertise
for bids for the sale of bonds uo to $10,000.00 for local imorovements. Roll' Call - All
ayes.

onerate a gasoline filling station at 3907 Central'kve. N. E. be granted. Roll Call - All

Harold A. Cameron nresented a oetition requesting the Council to extend the City water main
from S~inson Blvd. and 42nd Ave. N. E. north to 45th Ave. Discussion.
