Resolution by Nygaard, seconded, by Spekulant. Be it hereby resolved by the City
Council of the City of Columbia Heights that the charges for sewer rentals in the
City of Columbia Heights for the year 1944 be set as follows: Roll Call: All ayes.
$0.055 per 100 cu. ft. of water for first 5000 cu.ft, per
month per meter
$0.028 per 100 cu.ft, of water for next 95,000 cu.ft, per
month per meter
$0.015 per 100 cu.ft, of water for next 200,000 cu.ft, oer
month per meter
$0.0075 per 100 cu.ft, of water over 300,000 cu.ft, per
· month per meter
There is a minimum charge of $0J~45 per quarter per meter. Said above
charges to be based on consomotion of water during the three
winter months of November, December and January, for domestic
consumers, and on the current euarterly consumption for commarcial
and industrial consumers.
