Meeting called to order at 8:20 P.M. All members present. The minutes of
the last meeting v~ere read and a?proved.
Motion by ?~ygaard seconded by Bentzen that the connnunication from Leonard
C. Lu~d, Deputy Cor2~uissioner, Fire Marshal Division, red.larding inspecti~ns
of places of public amusement - be placed on file. Roll call - all 8yes.
l~otion by Jacl<son seconded by ~ipekul~nt that the communication frcm the
Office of City Attorney of ~inneapolis regarding the storm drain connections
at 37th and 5th St. and 37th and Tyler St. be placed on file. Roll call -
all ayes.
Motion by Nygaard seconded by Spekulont that the a reement drawn up by the
Office of City Attorney of L~inneapolis regarding above storm drain connection
be accepted. Roll Call - all ayes.
Bids for digging trench, layin~ pipe, and backfilling for a storm sewer
connection ap~oroximately 2~0 ft. long located on 3?th Ave. near 5th St. were
opened.

2. John Teseth ~ 3.10 per foot - complete except for pipes.
Motion by Bentzen secoLded by Jackson that the bid of John Teseth be
