Adjourned meeting -- September 21, 194S
Meeting was called to order at 8:00 P,I~. All members oresent.
Motion by Jackson seconded by Soekulant that licenses held by l~iss Mihalo at
55~ - 40th Ave. be cancelled. Roll Call -- all ayes.
Notion by i~yg~ard seconded by Jackson to grant Alice B. Gale licences for on &
off sale beer and restaurant at 500 - ~0th Ave. Roll Call -- all ayes.
Motion by Bentzen seconded by ~oekulant that co~mmuicstion from A. E. Strobel,
Director of Columbia Heights Bands be olaced on file. Roll Call -- all ayes.
Resolution offered by Jackson sec:.~exd by Soek-alsnt that the City Treasurer
be instructed to t~ke the s~n of $2,0~Q out of the Lieuor Fund to ourchase
Defense Bonds. Said bonds are to remain in and be a cart of the Lieuor Fund.

Resolution offered by Bentzen seconded by Spekul~nt that all of the unused
monies now on hand in the City Treasury assigned to all projects in the
PIR fund be and are hereby transferred and av~pro0ri~ted to oroject Mo. 10?,
said or0ject being a oroject for the city-wide seal coating of city streets.

Band Festival. Roll Call -- all ayes.
