procedds therefrom be given to the band for purchase of uniforms. Motion by Jackson

Regular meetingof the City Council was'called to o~der at 8:25 P.M. Minutes of the three

Delegation from the Rosary Society of the Church of the Immaculate Conception to recuest
permit to have three different rides at the Catholic church August 7th and 8th, 1943:
Motion by Bentzen that the Catholic Church be granted permission to have these rides ~and
2~ ~aive license fees and that they be requested ~t~ furnish one policeman on the grounds.

garden due to flooding of said garden caused by change of grade of the alley.: Motion

to the Police Civil Service Co~aission of the City of Columbia Heights for s term
of Three years exoiring on the 24th day of April, 1946. Roll call - all ayes.
