Minutes of the last meeting were read and approval. Motion by Jackson seconded by Nygaard to grant permission to the Spring Lake Bus Co. %o use the City Streets of Columbia Heights for the Transportation of children-and adults to and from Church and Sunday School. Motion by Bpekulant seconded by Bentzen to turn over to the City Manager the pe~ition for the fixing of the alley between Madison & Mouroe St. from 40th to 41st Ave. N.E.
