Motion by Jackson seconded by Spekulant to grant an Electrician License to 0.B, Thompson, 5609 Chicago Ave. Roll Call - All Ayes. Motion by Nygaard seeded by Bentzen to grant Cigarette License to Marie gessler, AO10 Central and'Helen Primmer, 4007 Central Ave. Roll Call - Ail A~es Motion by Bentzen seconded by Nygaard to grsnt~ectricians License to the Industrial Elec. Co., BI0 - 3rd Ave. So. Mole.' Roll Call - Ail ayes Motion b y Bentzen seconded by Spekatlant that we establish a position of Sargeant on the Police Force and notify the Civil Service Commission and Police Chief. This position to be filled by examination and that a~ person taking ~"~ examin~ion:,h~ t~o years service on Police force. This examintion to be conducted by the League of Minne~ Municipalities.
