Regular meeting of the City Council was called to order at 8:30 PM on Jan.
12th, 1943 . Ail members present.
Motion by Jackson and seconded by Nygard that Mrs Floyd Silvernadile at
AO33 - 6th St. be given a permit to keep her Trailer at this address for 90
da~s or until April let. Roll Call - All Aves.
Motion by ~entzen seconded by S~ekulent to grant licences to Walter Rupp
547 - ~Oth Ave. for Rest~Arant, Cigarette, On and Off Sale ~eer. Roll call

Motion by Jackson seconded by Nygard that Cigarette Licence be granted the

Resolution offered by Jack~ seconded by Nygard that the sewage charge for
1943 be set at 5.5~ per hundred cubic feet with a minimum of 45~. Roll Call -
All Ayes.
Resolution offered by Jackson seconded by Nygard. That the salaries of t~e~
Police Officers and Chief of Police for the Year 194~ be advanced an additional~
~g~0over the nominal yearly advancement of $5.00 making an over all advancement
of $10.00 per month, Judge of Con~liAtt~ Court be raised to $5~0.00 her
year. City Clerk be raised t° $170.00 per Month ~ Frank Coenan, janitor be
raised to $101.32 ~er month~ Roll Call - Ail Ayes.
