Motion by Jackson, seconded by Bentzen that the difference between the funeral expenses
of DU. Alfred Peterson ~nd the amount allowed by the ~0rkman's Compensation Law be
paid by the City of Columbia Heights out of the proper funds. Roll Call: all Ayes

ordinance for raising of farm animals between 42nd and 45thAves. and University and

homecoming dance be waived. Roll Call: all ayes.

Commission and to place the communication regarding application for adjhstment of
zoning ordinance in order that James and Minnie Jones~might build a store at 49th and
