Special ~eeting
............ was called to order at 8:00 P. M. on Sune 2, 1942. ~r Basset%,
Nygaard, Spekulant and Sir. Olsson were present,
The City ~lanager made a report~,~_~ relarding work done in retard, to flood
conditions and asked if anything hadn't'eon done which should hg~ve been taken
care of'.
A delegation from the Q,~lncy Street Pond were present.
A discussion follo:~'ed om whether a storm or sanitary sewer should be
installed.
Motion by 5~r. Robbins that a survey be made by Engineer regarding sanitary
and storm sewer system and a report be made to council and the s~me be put to a
vote by the people after the cost thereof is ascertained. Seconded by Nr. Blake
~otio n Carried.

Minutes of the last meeting were re~d 8nd agproved.
A delelation from the Silver Lake District a?peared before the Council in
resard to the flood conditions in said area.

Lake Storm Drain he turned over to the City M~nager ~nd that he be instructed to
contact Ramsay County for permission to o~en up the Storm Drain ~nd that he also
contact ~inneapolis in re~ord to the storm drain in the Silw~£ Lake District
that the same he opened up into Silv~r L~ke, RolI Call - f~ll Ayes,
~%ere was also a delegation from 3rd St. between 39th and 40th and also
a committee from 43rd between Central and ~;iuincy St in the vicinity of the Quincy
St. Pond,

find out the cost~ of ~n Electric water pump and about priorities on
