Ordinance ~ 15~ offered by Jackson, seconded by Sokl~ulant, Being an ordinance to amend ordinance ~14~, being an ordinance licensing and regulating the sale at~ retail of non-intoxicating malt liquors and providing E pe. nalty for the vilation thereof. Notion by Pritchard, seconded by Bentzen that the petition for curbing, gutter sidewal~ and resurfacing of the street, be turned over to the City t~anager for checking of delinquent taxes, and that it take the regular oroceedure. [,~otion by Bentzen, seconded by Pritchard that the City pay the tuition fee and other incidental exoenses of the City [~anager sa~d any other city officials, and employees that the 6ity l~anager may designate to attend the Short Courses at the University. Resolution offfered by Pritchard, seconded by Bentzen TT~e City Council o'f the City of Columbia Heights hereby resolves: Thht the County Auditor of Anoka CoUnty be and he hereby is requested to correct Ass~'ssment Roll ~70~t° read: Block 57, Lots BB to 34 inclusive instead of Block 56, Lots 22 to 34 inclusive. The figures as to the particular lots BB to S4 inclusive to remain as shown. Roll call - . All ayes.
