called to order Feb. 5th, 1941. All me~£oers oresent.
Meeting called for the ourpo~ee of acting on watermain material bids and any other bus
imass which might come before the meeting.
Reoresenta~ives of Northern Pumo Co. & W.P A. heard with reference to a road thru
Hts. to the Northern Pumo.
After much discussion, a moti,o~n.a, was made by Jackson, seconded by Soekulant that 44th
Avenue be designated as the~reet to Northern Pump Oo~',oany, from boundery to boundary.
Roll call - All a~es.
Motion by Pritchard, secanded by Jackson, that a letter be written by the City Manager
infforming W. P. A., the County Auditor and NorthernPumo of the designation of 44th
Ave. as the specified route through Columbia Heights. Roll call - Ail ayes.
Motion by Pritchard, seconded by Jackson, that the bids of watermain materials be
turned over to the City Manager for checking of cuality and also soecifications, and
that he reoort at the next regular meeting.
Motion to adjourn by Pritchard, seconded by Jackson.
