BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF
JACKSON STREET N.E. AS PLATTED, BETWEEN
43rd and 44th AVENUES, N.E.
THE CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS DOE~ ORDAIN:
That Jackson Street between 43rd and 44th Avenues, is platted
but has never been opened.

That the opening of said Jackson Street between 43rd and 44th
Avenues, will not benefit the adjoining propert.ies.

That upon the petition of adjoining landowners on file
with the City Clerk, that that part of Jackson Street
described as follows:
Commencing at a point 10 feet North of the Southeast
corner of Lot 6, Block 2, Rearrangement of Block "A",
Columbia Heights Annex to Minneapolis, Anoka County,
Minnesota, thence North a distance of 590 feet to the
Northeasterly corner of Lot 1, Block 2, thence East
a distance of 30 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot
12, Block 1, thence South a distance of 590 feet to a
point 10 feet north of the Southwesterly corner of
Lot 7, Block 1, thence West a distance of 30 feet to the
point of beginning, according to the Plat thereof on
file and of record in the office of the Register of
Deeds in and for Anoka County, Minnesota
be and the same is hereby vacated.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be ~nff~e~ from and
after Thirty (30) days after its passage.
