City Council of the City of Columbia Heit:'hZs to have said

adopted on the 9th may of Sept.
, 1946 consented and
agreed to such proposed annexation.
WHEREAS, The~.~+~'~ Ccune~-l~f~ City of Col-
umbia Heights does ordain:
Section I. That that tract or parcel of land
described as follows: Same as above
be and the same is hereby annexed
to and declared a part of the City of Columbia Heights,
Anoka County, Minnesota and such annexation shall 'be as
effectual for all intents and purposes as if said tract
had originally been a part of the City of Columbia Heights
at the time of its incorporation.
Section Ii. This ordinance shall take effect
ann be in force 30 days from and after its passage.
