ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 5, BEING .tN ORDINANCE CONCERNING DOGS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 20, BEING AN ORDINANCE CONCEP~NING AND YROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING OF DOGS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 186, BEING AN 0RDINA~CE TO REGULATE THE KEEPING OF DOGS AND PROHIBITING THEIR RUNNING AT LARGE %¥ITH- IN THE CITY 0F COLU~IBIA HEIGHTS. THE CITY OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS DOES ORDAIN: Section I. That Ordinance No. 5, enti-_.ted, "An Ordinance concerning dogs," and passed and adopZed on the 2nd day of i, iay, 1906, be and the same i~ hereby repealed. Section II. Contents of Repealed Ordinance. That said Ordinance No. 5 which is by this ordinance re- pealed, read as fotlo?s: ,t0rdinance No. 5 ...... etc. / Section Iii. That Ordinance No. 20 entitled, "An Ordinance concerning and providing for the licensing of dogs" and passed and adopted on the 22nd day of june, 1923, be and the smme is hereby repealed. Section IV. Contents of Repealed Ordinance. That said Ordinance No. 20 which is by this ordinance re- pealed, read as follows: ~t0rdinance No. 20 .... etc. Section V. That Ordinance No. 186 entitled, "An Ordinance to regulate the keeping of dogs and prohioiting their running at large within the City of Columbia Heights, passed and adopted on the 14th day of July, 1942, be am.d the same is hereby repealed. Section VI. Contents of Rep.ealed Ordinance. That said Ordinance No. 186 which is by this ordinance repealed, read as follows: "Ordinance No. 186...etc." Section ~..
