as amended by an Act of Congress, Jss. uary °~0~ !e~8, and
",qiEREAS: A state of confusion rill exist in the
City of Columbia Hei~'hts if the time is not in accordance
with the time used by Einneapotis, and

time of the passing of this ordinance and the time it

Section i. Every mention of or reference to
any hour or time in any ordinance of the City of Col-
umbia Heights heretofore or hereafter passed is to be
construed with reference to sad in accordg_nce ~ith the
