ORDINANCE NO. 50 ' · lan ordinance 'amending "&n 'ordinance to regulate the .tapping of seWers," June 28, 1927. The City of Columb/2 Heights does ordain: Section 1. That Seetlon 7 of ;the above quoted ordinance, ~hlch reads as follows: "Section 7. The foHowingarulaa must observed and carried~ out t~ aH work lating to sewer connections'. ' · Connections w/th sewer~ ~ust be made with the slant already put in by the city. Deviations from the foregoing- require-' meats may be made if the city ~/managert thinks best, but his ~written const~t m~stt be obtained before any such change is made. 7 Any new connections made must be made ~vithin the middle third of the interior{ height of the sewer connected with. ,, All connection pipes must be laid in 'true line from the ~sew~r to the curb, in [gpen trench and before any refilling is donor ~ Ail the connectio~ pipe must be enveloped in clean sand to.a,thickness of tour inches, .'
