The City Of :Columbia Heights does ordain: Section 1. That Section I of the ordinance entitled "An ordiflance cre- ating the following named offices, sub- ordinate to the City Manager of the City of Columbia Heights, viz: (1) City Treasurer, (2) Water Superin- tendent and Plpmbing Inspector, (3) Electrical Inspector, (4) Building In- spector, (5) Assessor, (6) License In- spector, (7) City Attorney and As- sistant City Attorney, (8) Board of Health," passed November 23, t921, and 'which now reads as follows: "Section 1. That ~ .the following named offices, subordinate to the City Manager, are hereby created ~ in the City of Columbia Heights, viz: City Treasurer Water Supt. & Plumbing Inspector Electrical Inspector Building ~[nspector City Assessor Lic6nse Inspector City Attorney and Assistant City Attorney ~Board of Health," -be and the same hereby is amended ~.so as to read as follows: "Section 1. That the following ~amed offices, subordinate to the City l;2VIanager, are hereby created in the 'City of Columbia Heights, viz: City .,Treasurer, Water Superintendent, ~Plumbing Inspector, Electrical Inspec- ~lor, Building Inspector, License In- spector. City Attorney and Assistant ~ity Attorney, Chief of the Fire ~t~artment. One or more of said of- ~ces may be held by ohe and the ~ame person. The City Manager shall ~e the City Assessor and shall per- ~form all the duties imposed by law on the Assessor." ~ection 2.
