BEING A~ ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF
39th AVE~JE NORTt ~tEAST
THE CITY OF COLtTMBIA HEIGt~S DOES OPd)AIN:
Section 1.
The Northerly one and one-half (1-1/2) feet of
39th Avenue Northeast lying betx~een the southerly
extensions of West line of Lot !, Block 65,
Columbia Heights Annex to Minneapolis and the East
line of Lot 25, Block 64, Columbia Heights Annex
to Minneapolis, all as platted and of record in
the office of the Register of Deeds in and for
Anoka County, Minnesota, is herewith vacated.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after 30 days after its passage.
