l'he City Council of the City of Columbia Heights does ordain:
Section i. No person shall have in his possession or
consume any intoxicating or non-intoxica, tin§ matt liquor in
or upon any City parks, parkway, or bathing beach within the
City of Columbia Heights except [~s provided herein.
Section 2. The City Council may be afl:irmative vote
grant permissicn to neighborhood groups and public service
organizations to possess and consume non--intoxicating malt
liquor in City p~.-~'~ except

imprisonment for not more than nine?~ (90} days, or both.

effect from and after thirty days after its passage.
