ING ORDINAN'CIES IN CONFLICT THERiiWITH
TPLE CIT~ OF COLUMBIA HEIGHTS DOES OPDAIN:
Section 1.
Title
This ordinance shali be ~no~., cited and referred to as
the
"Colmmbia Heights City Code of 1976"
except as referred to herein, where in shall be kno~7~ as
"this Code:' or "this Ordinance."
Section 2.
Avai].ab~ !ity
The Columhbia Heights City Code of ].976, adopted on tS-..e date
indicated herein, shall be printed in a substantial qua~:ti~y
for distribution to the public and shall be avai!~b'te at
office of the Columbia Heights City Clerk.
Section 3.
Included Material
The Co!~n~ia Heights City Code of 1976 contains all crdin,~ces
of the City of Columbia Heights, whether or not those ordinances
have been previously published, and specifJ.ca!iy repeals those
ordinances in conflict therewith.
Section 4.
Effective Date
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
sixty (60) days after its passage.
